  • Could get more

alright not the most intriguing title anyone has ever come up with, I know. But still there is a lot to be said about what I mean when I write, "could get more", it is very suggestive wouldn't you agree? I mean for instance I could be talking about life extension or something like the benefits of vitamins or maybe I am asking a question really. In the last days of Albert Einstein he spoke to a nurse in German, the trouble was, she didn't speak German! So as it turns out there are a lot of things to be said about the reasons we humans do things and the reasons that we do not.

  • Fears of a healthy future

I take my omega 3 supplements every day like I am supposed to, but I have fears about other things concerning my health and my longevity. For instance the orac value of foods comes up so often in our lives as all of you who faithfully read my blog every month all ready know, but there are bigger concerns. There are concerns that maybe out of our immediate reach, things like the quality and maybe even more importantly quantity of our drinking water. I have read that in Los Angeles they are thinking about recycling sewer water and turning it into drinking water!! I don't care how good or even great the filtration systems in Los Angeles are, I would not want to drink or shower in someone else's brackish water. I am contemplating  a caveman diet of sorts as well especially with the rising cost of foods.

  • The infamous situations that occur when you leave the issue of buying tickets to a baseball game up to someone, I am not going to say that they are female but I think you can guess that they probably are but in her case she does have washboard abs so I cannot be to mean to her on the account that she could kick my hind quarters, who pretends to know what they are doing when it comes to seating arrangements in large stadiums. She, who will remain nameless(in a quiet wisper...Cindy) is making me go to the vitamin shoppe to get some stress relieving nutrients for my sole. I have no doubt that even though I am on a solid primal nutrition diet, I still cannot win with her!

  • the noise

Who told you that our elected leaders should betray their supporters by lying down in the face of opposition; that our basic Constitutional rights aren't worth fighting for; that 51 votes doesn't matter because no one wants to stand up to a filibuster; that there would be no outrage?  When American citizens clamor for public funding and the best multivitamins and the vitamin shop of elections, to put democracy back in the hands of the citizenry, who told you it would only create a new level of bureaucratic mismanagement; that we couldn't trust our tax dollars at work?  Who told you that "business as usual" is the name of the game; that politicians should engorge their coffers on the coin of special interests?  When you watched your government being put up for sale, who told you that little green pieces of paper are more valuable than the voices of your own people." My ripped abs will poke you in the eye!!!

  • The greatest day

Yes, I may be having the greatest day of my life and it is only Monday. I feel like there are endless possibilities for the future and I have rarely ever felt this way. I wonder if it just because I am terribly lonely or what. Maybe it is because I was able to find a person to be happy with. I always enjoy time with the opposite sex. I think the need to be cool, calm and collected is always neat-o! If there is ever a Monday that I can remember feeling good about it would have to be this one that is upon me now. I just hope it lasts a little bit.
